About this Anime:
Early 2011. Not quite a decade after the September 11th attacks, new terrorists attacks have rocked Japan. The previous November, a terrorist attack known as Careless Monday occurred, on which several missiles struck all around Tokyo. To everyone's surprise, nobody was killed, but shortly after the attacks, 20,000 NEETs mysteriously disappeared.
In Washington, DC, a young Japanese college student on vacation crosses paths with a naked young man from Japan, carrying a handgun and a special phone labeled "Seleção."
