About this Anime:
War has consumed the Earth, leaving only 20% of humanity alive. In the far off future, the planet is watched over by a mysterious race of three-eyed beings known as The Third. They govern the world from afar and ensure that humanity doesn't progress beyond a certain point technologically as so to avert a repeat of the devastating crisis that destroyed the world.
This is the story of one particular girl, her A.I. partner, and her tank.
