Central Park Media is Down, But Not Out

Over the past weekend, Central Park Media laid off a number of its employees. According to the company's official statement, the layoffs were part of a cost-cutting program, as the company was severely impacted by the bankruptcy of Musicland: Central Park Media's largest customer. The company plans to restructure, in hopes that future growth will be attained.

Central Park Media plans to release its upcoming titles, as planned, Today, two press releases from the company were released, for Wrath of the Ninja: The Complete Yotoden Saga and the fourth volume of Armored Trooper VOTOMS. Both titles will be released on August 8. August 8 will also see the release of the Armored Trooper VOTOMS DVD collection: a bundle of the four VOTOMS sets, packaged in the limited edition "ammo can," with a bonus features DVD and a 64-page VOTOMS "Field Guide."
