In the 21st century (now isn't that an original time frame!) the city of Freeport is on the verge of collapsing from the heavy crime. The only thing stopping it's ruination is the elite strikeforce HARDCORPS. Their goal? Stop Elexis Sinclaire, a biochemist bent on human evolution.

SIN was originally announced by A.D. Films, in cooperation Ritual Entertainment. Phoenix Films animated the film and adapted the storyline.
