AnimeNation reports that AIC is working on an anime adaption of Tentai Senshi Sunred. Seiji Kishi (Yugo the Negotiator, Galaxy Angel Rune) will serve as the title's director. Makoto Uezu (Utawarerumono, sola) will serve as screenwriter for the project and Kazuaki Morita (Seto no Hanayome) will provide character designs.

Previously, Kishi, Uezu, and Morita worked together on Seto no Hanayome.
