Umetsu Working On More Kite Liberator

According to the official Kite Liberator blog, Yasuomi Umetsu is currently working on a sequel to Kite Liberator. No details on the feature have been announced.

Umetsu is best known for creating both Kite and Mezzo Forte. Umetsu also contributed pieces of the adult OVA series Cool Devices.
