Sammy’s line of Hard Boiled arcade slot machines will expand into animation in November with a game release titled Hard Boiled: Mirage of the Griffon.

This new game will continue the 2001 release Hard Boiled 2's story of Johnny, a gunslinging vigilante. The original anime footage from the Mirage of the Griffon arcade game will be released on October 10th as Hard Boiled the Movie.

Sousuke Kaise (Grenadier) is slated to adapt a serialized manga based on the Mirage of the Griffon story. The manga is set to debut in the October issue of Comic Charge.
