The Anime News Network has launched an online anime streaming program in concert with the December 9th release of Kite: Liberator. Kite: Liberator is available free to North American viewers with limited commercial interruption, in both dubbed and subtitled formats. Subscribers to ANN's premium platform gain access to near-DVD quality video.

ANN has licensed two other anime titles for their service from Media Blasters: the 12-episode Girls High and Ramen Fighter Miki, which will began streaming in weekly installments on December 15th. Both shows will be streamed with Japanese audio and English subtitles.
