ICv2 reports that Fox Studios will work with Korean production SSD to produce a live-action drama based on Tsukasa Hojo's City Hunter. The title will case Korean actor Choo Woo-sung as the show's star, Ryo Saeba, with several Hollywood stars filling guest roles. The first season of City Hunter will consist of 13 episodes, which will be distributed worldwide. The scripts will will be written in English. Currently, the show is slated to be a drama, as opposed to the action-comedy genre that the manga and anime titles fit into.
