Yen Press announced their acquisition of Spice & Wolf, Crescent Moon Story, and volume 6 of Yotsuba&! (Yotsubato!) Currently, no release dates have been announced for any of the titles.

Spice & Wolf's acquisition specifically refers to the manga. Yen Press acquired the Spice & Wolf novels last year. The first five volumes of Yotsuba&! are currently being distributed by ADV Manga.
