Updated: New York Comic Con 2009: Bandai Acquires ALL Gundam 00 Manga

    Bandai representatives clarified which titles are actually covered in the license. Bandai did not actually obtain the rights to Oto Taguchi's Mobile Suit Gundam 00 manga. However, Bandai still holds the rights to Kozo Omori's Mobile Suit Gundam 00 manga, which originally ran in Kadokawa's Kerokero Ace magazine.

Bandai Entertainment announced their acquisition of all manga based on Mobile Suit Gundam 00. The following titles will fall under the license:

  • Mobile Suit Gundam 00P by Tomohiro Chiba
  • Mobile Suit Gundam 00F by Koichi Tokita
  • Mobile Suit Gundam 00V by Tomohiro Chiba
  • Mobile Suit Gundam 00 by Kouzoh Ohmari
  • Mobile Suit Gundam 00 by Oto Taguchi
  • Movile Suit Gundam 00: Aoi Kioku

Bandai will release Taguchi's Gundam 00 manga in August, with Gundam 00F slated to follow at an unspecified date.
