The latest issue of Newtype Magazine revealed that a second season of Gonzo's Strike Witches is in development. Currently, no details have been announced.

Strike Witches originally aired on Fukui TV from July 3, 2008 to September 18, 2008. The series spanned 12 episodes. Currently, a manga adaptation by Yuki Tanaka is running in Kadokawa's Comp Ace magazine. Strike Witches has not been licensed for domestic DVD. However, Gonzo has made subtitled episodes of the series available on video hosting sites Crunchyroll, YouTube, and BOST.
