Bandai Entertainment announced their acquisition of the Lucky Star OVA. Currently, no release details have been announced.

The Lucky Star OVA is a series of short sketches that revolve around the TV series' main cast. The OVA was originally released in Japan last September.

Bandai Entertainment owns the rights to the Lucky Star TV series. Bandai has currently released five volumes of the show, and will ship the final volume to retailers on March 17.
