Kadokawa will stream The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya on its Youtube channel. The internet broadcast will coincide with the series' re-airing on Japanese television this April. Kadokawa has not announced if the streams will be available outside of Japan, or if the episodes will be available in languages besides Japanese.

Two spinoff series - based on Puyo's Suzumiya Haruhi-chan no Yuutsu 4-koma gag manga and Eretto's Nyoron Churuya-san parody manga - are already streaming on Kadokawa's Youtube channel.
