Starz Media announced that they will enter a content agreement with TV.com. Through the agreement, several of Starz' labels, including Manga Entertainment, will have programming available through TV.com's streaming video service. TV.com will host full episodes of several Manga titles, including Astro Boy and Virus. In addition to full episodes, TV.com will host shorter excerpt videos from titles such as Ninja Scroll and Street Fighter Alpha.

Currently, neither Manga Entertainment nor TV.com have announced a premiere date.
