Ten former employees of ImaginAsian Entertainment recently filed suit against their former employer for unpaid wages. The plaintiffs allege that ImaginAsian withheld four months' total wages from the employees. The former employees are seeking $250,000 in total damages under the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938. The suit was filed in February in the US Federal Court for the Southern District of New York.

The suit seeks damages from ImaginAsian, as well as three key shareholders. Under New York state and federal law, shareholders are responsible for lost employee wages.
