FUNimation announced that they will stream Phantom ~Requiem for the Phantom~ through their website. Episodes will be simulcast with the Japanese release in English subtitled format. Currently, the first four episodes are available on the site. Episode four was posted to FUNimation's service at 11:30AM EST - roughly two hours before its Japanese debut at 2:15AM, local time (1:15PM EST).

Phantom debuted on Japanese television on April 2, and is slated for 26 episodes. The series is handled by Bee Train (Madlax, Noir), with Koichi Mashimo (Noir, Eat-Man) serving as the series' director.
