Crest of the Stars, the first 13 episode series in a trio of Crest anime, is currently enjoying domestic distribution via Bandai and is scheduled to complete its release before the end of the year. Today, we have a review of the series' second volume - a volume that sees a number of improvements over its predecessor both artistically, and more importantly, technically as far as video quality is concerned.
