ALC Publishing will host manga creator Rica Takashima at the Museum of Comic and Cartoon Art Festival. Takashima will join J.D. Glass, among other artists, at the event.

Takashima created Rica'tte Kanji?!, which is published by ALC. Takashima will also make an appearance at the Jim Hanley's Universe comic book store on June 27.

Rica'tte Kanji?! is a yuri piece, aimed at the female audience. The title focuses on a college student who visits Tokyo's gay and lesbian district in search of companionship.

The Museum of Comic and Cartoon art Festival will be held from June 6-7 at the 69th Regiment Armory in New York City.
