Bandai announced that the first volume of Kagami Yoshimizu's Lucky Star manga will receive a second print run. The series' first volume hit American stores on June 29, and made tenth place on last week's New York Times Best Sellers list.

The second volume of the Lucky Star manga will hit on August 29.

Bandai Entertainment also holds the domestic rights to the Lucky Star anime, which has seen a smaller reception in America. Declining sales led Bandai to cancel the limited-edition release of the series' final volume, and the release of the OVA series due in August will not have an English dub.
