Crunchyroll Adds Beast Player Erin

Crunchyroll announced that they will stream the The Beast Player Erin (Kemono no Sou-ja Erin) anime on their service. The first four episodes hit the site on Friday, at 5:00PM PDT. Crunchyroll will simulcast the latest episode of the series as it airs in Japan, at 3:00AM PDT every Sunday morning. Earlier episodes will be added gradually over the next few weeks.

Episodes will be offered in English-subtitled format. Unlike most digital releases, which are confined to one or two regions, Crunchyroll will offer Beast Player Erin in the following countries:

Beast Player Erin is an adaptation of the fantasy novel, The Beast Player (Kemono no Souja), by Nahoko Uehashi (Moribito: Guardian of the Spirit). The series is animated by Production I.G and Transarts, and directed by Takayuki Hamana (The Prince of Tennis).
