FanimeCon announced that idol singer Haruko Momoi will attend this year's event as a Guest of Honor. This is her second appearance at FanimeCon, as she also attended last year's event.

In addition to her singing career, Momoi provided the voices for over 30 anime characters, including Sun Seto in Seto no Hanayome and Komugi in Nurse Witch Komugi. Momoi also writes columns in a number of magazines, and is an avid blogger.

FanimeCon 2010 will be held from May 28 to May 31 at the San Jose Convention Center.
