Manga Entertainment announced plans to release Professor Layton and the Eternal (Diva Layton Kyoju to Eien no Utahime) on DVD and Blu-ray in the UK this September. Details provided reveal that Manga only licensed the first Professor Layton film, and that the film's title may be subject to change prior to release.

Professor Layton and the Eternal Diva is an anime film based on the Nintendo/Level-5 puzzle adventure game series. It opened in Japanese theaters on December 19th, 2009 at 6th in the box office. Yo Oizumi and Maki Horikita reprise their voice-acting roles from the games as Layton and Luke respectively.
