What do Faye Valentine, Twilight Suzuka, and Kaolla Su have in common? You might think absolutely nothing, but there is one common thread between all these characters, however; they were all brought to life by one talented and amazing voice actress... Wendee Lee. I was fortunate enough to interview this amazingly versatile voice actress / ADR director.

As some of you may know, Wendee started her voice acting career in the 80s with the role of Vanessa Leeds in Robotech, and as they say, she never looked back. Today, she is one of the most well known voice actresses in the industry, working in both live action and the dubbing of foreign films. With the rising popularity of anime in the West, coupled with the demand for anime to go mainstream, the need for better vocal talents like Wendee is becoming increasingly important.
