Anime News Network reports that voice actor Norio Imamura was arrested for allegedly posting pictures of his lower body to his blog. According to the police, Imamura posted offending images to his blog between April 26 and June 17. As of press time, Imamura's blog does not contain the alleged offending images.

Imamura owns a bar in Shinjuku called Toh, which attracts numerous tattoo enthusiasts. He recently finished a decade-long tattoing of his entire body and, according to the police investigation, posted the pictures to show off his accomplishment.

Imamura is best known for his role in the One Piece anime as Emporio Ivankov.
