FUNimation Acquires Disgaea

FUNimation announced that they acquired the domestic rights to the Disgaea anime series. The show was originally released in the west by Geneon Entertainment in 2007.

Disgaea will hit DVD in a single 12-episode set next year, and the first episode is currently streaming on FUNimation's video portal.
