Cardcaptors: Earlier last week, Pioneer shocked Cardcaptors fans by abruptly canceling Cardcaptors Volume 10: Toying Around, an impending release for the company. Pioneer has made no official statement at this time regarding the issue, but if any updates shall arise we will deliver them to you as quickly as possible.

Funimation: Funimation has supplied its fall release schedule; bringing many more releases for two of its most popular series, Dragonball and YuGiOh. September 24th will bring about the release of not one, but two YuGiOh DVD’s. Sadly, they are both dubbed, with no hybrid option for subtitles.

Dragonball and Dragonball Z fans shall rejoice on October 1st, with many VHS and DVD releases. Funimation will release edited and unedited versions of Dragonball 28: Fortune Teller Baba: Goku's Journey and Dragonball 29: Tien Shinhan: Tournament Day. There will also be a Dragonball Z movie box, containing movies four through six, in both DVD and VHS formats.

Funimation is not done in October, however, releasing another three DVDs from two other series. Fans of Blue Gender will receive DVDs 7 and 8 on October 1st and the all-new Fruits Basket will see its first DVD release on the 29th.
