4Kids Entertainment's 2010 Third Quarter report reveals that the company incurrec a net loss of $9.8 million for the quarter. Net revenues for the company totaled $3 million, which is a 43% drop from last year's third quarter. The company reported that they shut down two divisons related to the Chaotic trading card game. The closure will save an estimated $1 million per quarter overall.

The report reveals that 4Kids is still in discussions with companies that may be invested in a sale of the company, be it in a partial or total acquisition.
