The organizers of the 2011.11.22 Real Ukatsu na Getsuyobi event announced that the Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex: Solid State Society film will be converted into stereoscopic 3D. Kenji Kamiyama, who directed the film, is overseeing the coversion. In addition, the film will receive a new opening sequence when it releases on March 26.
