The event will be held after the recently passed Tokyo Youth Ordinance bill, which expands the number of anime and manga in the "harmful publications" classification, goes into effect,

According to Mainichi, the Comiket organizers will distribute a pamphlet to circle sellers that detail the important points of the bill. Other preparations are being made to prepare for the amendment's requirements, though no details were revealed.
