Broccoli to Sell Gamers Stores to ANIMATE
Broccoli announced that they will leave the retail business. The company, which owns the Gamers chain of stores, will sell their sixteen brick-and-mortar stores, as well as the Gamers mail-order business to ANIMATE for 250 million yen ($2.973 million).
Broccoli plans to focus its efforts on manufacturing, and hopes to reach 5 billion yen ($59.46 million) in sales over the next five years.
