Kuniko Ikuhara Announces New Anime Series

Revolutionary Girl Utena director Kuniko Ikuhara announced that he is working on a new series, titled Mawaru PenguinDrum. The announcement was made earlier today on the director's website. A premiere date was not announced, but the April issue of Kera Magazine reports that it will air later this year.
