Anime Boston 2011: FUNimation Acquires Fairy Tail, Aria the Scarlet Ammo

FUNimation announced that they acquired the rights to the following titles:

  • Fairy Tail
  • Aria the Scarlet Ammo

Fairy Tail's first volume will be released in 2011. The series will feature a dub directed by Tyler Walker, and starring Todd Haberkorn. Aria the Scarlet Ammo will begin streaming on Tuesday, at 10:00AM Central.

In addition, the company revealed that they will release a third season of their adaptation of Shin-chan. The first volume will be released this summer.
