Anime News Network reports that the cross-over between Gintama and Sket Dance that ran in Weekly Shonen Jump will receive a TV anime adaptation. The crossover will be presented as a two-episode special, with each series receiving its own episode. The Gintama episode will hit Japanese airwaves on September 29, and the Gintama episode will air on September 26.

The cross-over is a rare collaboration between Sunrise and Tatsunoko Productions, who produced Gintama and Sket Dance respectively.
