Eleven Arts revealed that Fullmetal Alchemist: The Sacred Star of Milos will receive an American theatrical run. The film will hit over one hundred theaters, and fans can request the film's appearance at local theaters via Eventful.

FUNimation revealed the film's dub cast on Friday. In addition, the company plans to release the four OVAs that were on the Japanese DVD release for the film. FUNimation will release Fullmetal Alchemist: The Sacred Star of Milos in 2012.
