FUNimation announced that they acquired the domestic rights to the High School DxD anime. The company acquired the broadcast, merchandise, home video, mobile, and streaming rights to the series. FUNimation will offer a streaming simulcast of the series beginning on January 23, at 4:00PM Central. The simulcast will be followed by a DVD and Blu-Ray release later this year.

High School DxD is based on the light novel series of the same name by Ichiei Ishibumi.
