Kawaii Kon announced that they will host voice actress Yuu Asakawa at this year's event. Asakawa is a prolific voice actress and singer that performed in a number of fan-favorite titles that include Azumanga Daioh (Sakaki) and Bubblegum Crisis 2040 (Priss). In addition, she voiced roles in the Japanese versions of Final Fantasy XIII and Final Fantasy VII: Dirge of Cerberus.

Kawaii Kon will be held from March 16 to March 18 in Honolulu.
