Assembling the FUNimated Synch Point of American Manga

FUNimation has hired Larry Griffin as its Senior National Sales Manager. The former West Coast Regional Sales Manager for Pioneer Entertainment is well-known for his expertise in the anime industry, which will be a benefactor as FUNimation continues to increase its dominance in the anime market. On a related note, FUNimation has also hired Tony Vandeveerdonk, who is another addition to FUNimation's strong sales department. Griffin began his duties as Senior National Sales Manager on September 29, 2003.

Synch Point announced that it will be releasing DiGi Charat Theater: Dejiko's Summer Vacation on November 18, 2003. The book will be unflipped black and white in English, and will retail for $9.99US.

The Right Stuf International has announced that it will be rereleasing Assemble Insert on December 9, 2003. The new edition will feature new packaging and a lower price point of $14.98US.

EigoManga has partnered with Diamond Book Distributors in hopes of claiming the coveted position of top distributor of American Manga worldwide. Eigomanga, formerly a dot-com company during the internet boom, has outgrown its online distribution and plans to distribute its printed works with the aid of Diamond. The company's first book, EigoManga Rumble is due to be released in February of 2004.
