Central Park Media has announced that they are the first anime company to "go mobile." Through a partnership with mobile media company Zingy, Central Park has made several images from their biggest series available for download as cell phone wallpaper. The wallpapers will be available until April 2005, and feature images from Project A-Ko, Animation Runner Kuromi, DNA2, Maze: the Mega-Burst Space, Alien Nine, Legend of Himiko, The World of Narue, and Voltage Fighter Gowcaizer.

The Anime Network has managed to strike a deal with Sandy Frank Entertainment to bring all 105 episodes of the original Gatchaman series to television. This airing will be the first time that the original Gatchaman has been released to US audiences in its entirety.
