ADV Films has announced their third line of Animinis. The new lineup is set to include Hello Kitty & Friends (Volumes 2-4) and Robotech Remastered (Volumes 1-4). AniMinis are 3-inch DVDs aimed towards a younger audience. With a suggested retail price of $6.98, they are intended to be easy to collect and trade. The mini DVDs also act as coupons that are redeemable for $10 off a regular, full-size DVD of the same title when purchased through the ADV Films website.

AD Films has announced that the Nadesico TV series will be re-released as part of the Essential Anime Collection line in three two-disc sets. The English audio will be upgraded to Dolby 5.1 surround and any digital overlays will be removed. The first DVD set will be released in September with a suggested retail price of $19.98. Ruin Explorers and Burn Up W will be released on this line as well.

The manga group CLAMP has recently agreed to work on a project with Marvel Comics due out in 2005. While the character that CLAMP will handle is still unknown, sources say that it is someone unexpected.
