Hulkamania Runs Wild On PETA's Puffy Innocence

In their latest press release, 4Kids has announced that former professional wrestler Terry "Hulk" Hogan and his daughter Brooke will host Fox Box's premiere of One Piece. The series is set to debut on September 18, 2004 at 9:30 AM EST.

Viz has announced that they are partnering with PETA to promote kindness to animals through Yu-Gi-Oh!. For a limited time, visitors to PETA's TeachKind website will be able to order a free, limited edition Yu-Gi-Oh! Poster, and enter a contest to win an original illustration signed by Kazuki Takahashi. The site also hosts and interview with Takahashi.

WOWOW's website is now hosting a streaming, two-minute long trailer for their upcoming series, Grenadier in both 58K and 300k formats. The series is set to premiere in Japan on October 7, 2004.

The popular J-Pop group, Puffy (Puffy Amiyumi in America) has announced that they will be holding a short, three-city concert tour this october. The dates and locations are as folows:

October 8: Bowery Ballroom, Webster Hall 125 East Eleventh St. New York City, NY

October 10: House of Blues 8430 Sunset Blvd., West Hollywood CA

October 11: Fillmore 1805 Geary Blvd. San Francisco, CA

Dreamworks has announced that Mamoru Oshii's Innocence: Ghost in the Shell 2 will see its Canadian theatrical debut this September. The film will premiere during the Midnight Madness section of the 29th annual Toronto Film Festival. Public screenings will be held on Thursday, September 9th at 11:59pm and Friday, September 10th at 3:00pm at the Ryerson Theatre. Innocence will see its US theatrical debut on September 17, 2004 courtesy of Go Fish Pictures.
