Tsubasa's Innocent Gundam Poos with Cromartie Publishers

According to Moon Phase and Japan's Shonen Weekly Magazine, CLAMP's Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicle will receive an anime adaptation. The series is set to premiere on NHK television stations in April.

According to a recent news report by Ain't it Cool News, Gundam creator Yoshiyuki Tomino has revealed that a major, yet still unspecified Hollywood studio is developing a project for a live action Mobile Suit Gundam movie. The movie will supposedly be strongly tied to the original series.

Central Park Media has announced that their release of Doggy Poo has received a Gold Award from the National Parenting Publications Awards (NAPPA). The film is one of three gold award recipients out of 600 eligible DVD releases, and will be featured on Parenthood.com, in all 13 United Parenting Publications magazines, and in NAPPA Editorial Partners.

Viz has announced that they have named Dudley Jahnke as the company's new Director of Sales for Publishing. In his new position, Jahnke will be responsible for the operation, tactical coordination, oversight, and functional management of all sales activities. Jahnke will also lead the sales team's development and implementation of strategies across a variety of markets, and work with Viz's national publishing house and network of vendors. Prior to his appointment at Viz, Jahnke served on executive teams of several leading publishers, including M.E. Sharpe, and retailers such as BOOKSTOP, which was acquired by Barnes and Noble.

ADV Films has released the dub cast list for their upcoming release of Cromartie High School. The series will be directed by Steven Foster at studio IS&M. The translation will be handled by Masako Ollivier, and the ADR script by Kathleen Moynihan. The roles will be filled as follows:

Dreamworks has announced that their theatrical run of Innocence: Ghost in the Shell has grossed over one million dollars. The series' run has become the top grossing anime film in limited release, and the seventh highest grossing anime film in history.
