Central Park Media has recently unveiled its "CPM Digipress" service. The service, which is available through Central Park's "CPM Press" site, allows fans to preview titles in the Central Park Manga line. Three titles are currently available: The World of Narue volume 1, Couple volume 1, and Yongbi the Invincible volume 1. Each week, a new chapter (which averages at 20 pages) will be added to these titles. New titles, including Hard Boiled Angel volume 1 and Masca volume 1, are scheduled to debut soon.

According to Anime on DVD, TOKYOPOP has obtained the rights to Psychic Academy. The first DVD will be released on September 13, with a suggested retail price of $24.99US.

The official Japanese websites for Moeyo Ken TV and Playball have recently opened. Moeyo Ken TV and Playball are scheduled to debut on Japanese television in July. The series Amaenaieyo!! is also set to premiere in July.

ADV Films has announced that the company now owns the distribution rights to Samurai Gun. The 13-episode series is slated to be released over four discs. The first volume of the series, "Cocked and Loaded", has a projected release date of August 16. The series will see a regular release, as well as a "with box" release. The regular edition will have a suggested retail price of $29.98US, while the disc with artbox will retail for $39.98US.

FUNimation announced that it now owns the rights to all three seasons of The Slayers television series. The series, formerly released by under Central Park Media's Software Sculptors brand, have been licensed by FUNimation to ensure that the series remains available to fans. The sets will be remastered to restore minor edits, and pieces of footage that were removed from the Central Park Media sets. Segments of dubbed dialogue will also be re-recorded. The series will be released next year at approximately $50US.

Right Stuf has announced plans to remaster the To Heart TV series before it is released to DVD. The American release show will have improved image quality over the official Region 2 release. As a tradeoff, the discs will be delayed until restoration is complete.
